Who is required to complete the Board Certification Course?
Under Section 718.112, Florida Statutes, newly elected or appointed condominium directors must complete the required board member education. Likewise, Section 720.3033, Florida Statutes, requires newly elected or appointed homeowners’ association directors to complete board member education. Our DBPR-approved courses satisfy these statutory education requirements while providing practical legal guidance to help you confidently fulfill your responsibilities as a board member.
Is this course DBPR approved and does it satisfy Florida's legal requirements?
Yes. Our Board Certification Courses are approved by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and satisfy the education requirements established by Section 718.112, Florida Statutes, for condominium associations and Section 720.3033, Florida Statutes, for homeowners’ associations.
Will I receive a Certificate of Completion?
Yes. Upon successfully completing the course, you will receive an official Certificate of Completion documenting your completion of Florida’s applicable board member education requirements.
