As founder and principal attorney, Dania S. Fernandez, Esq. has devoted more than twenty years to protecting and strengthening Florida communities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University School of Law, and trained alongside respected Florida real estate and community association attorneys before founding her firm. Under her leadership, the firm represents condominium and homeowner associations, boards, developers, and property professionals in matters involving governance, elections, financial enforcement, developer turnover, construction defect claims, and complex contract disputes.

Ms. Fernandez is known for her hands-on, solution-oriented approach and her commitment to education within the community association industry. She works closely with boards and managers to ensure compliance with Florida’s evolving statutory requirements while providing practical, day-to-day guidance on operations, budgets, meetings, elections, and fiduciary responsibilities. An active member of The Florida Bar and professional organizations focused on condominium, HOA, and real estate law, she regularly teaches board members and property professionals on governance best practices and risk reduction. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Ms. Fernandez proudly serves clients throughout Florida, including the diverse communities of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
